A vibrant, interactive experience for the Dropbox brand

The Dropbox brand is meant to be a playful, rich expression of color, typography, and motion. But until now, this expression hadn’t been fully realized. Dropbox approached Daybreak Studio to imagine ways to bring that brand to life.

My role as a developer was to push the design system further; to go beyond 100% and think of new modes of expression. I leaned into interactions like a row of color chips to show off the brand’s color palette, a playground for variable type, and more. Each section is its own fidget toy, each page an easter egg hunt for design details, all to create an immersive, unique experience.

The result is a web experience that fully embodies the spirit of Dropbox. Through interactive play and artful detail, we unearthed a vivid new world for the brand.
